Being a solo traveler who doesn't speak Russian, the staff at the reception were always willing to help, which was a blessing. The rooms are in very good condition with a huge, comfortable bed. Noisy and Poor Sound Isolation the hotel rooms are not well soundproofed, allowing for noises from the hallway and street to seep into the room. This disrupted our sleep, and we were even awakened early in the morning by the garbage truck.
